- Sunday - Read the latest story from Beat to a Pulp. I don't know what it's going to be but has David Cranmer and Elaine Ash ever steered us wrong? By the time I return, I'll have two stories to read. Lucky me.

- Monday (at SF Safari) - Comic review of "Wednesday's Comics," the new tabloid broadsheet comic from DC Comics. This is one of the best things to come down the pike in a long time.

I'm so glad TST is already teed up while you're on vacay. I love a road trip, and being from Texas, was just recalling a nice one with my husband to San Antonio several years ago. Gas up the family truckster- I'm ready to motor!
Have fun, safe travel, and may you report back with many colorful anecdotes the rest of us can enjoy and steal for plot points.
I used to drive cross country to B.C. every couple of years but stopped when I gave up driving due to health. Anyway, take photos and come back with lots of tales.
Clare2e - I enjoy TST. And we had a good time in central Texas. I'll blog about it later.
Barbara - I usually prefer flying to somewhere and not driving much. This time, however, the driving part allowed us to see more stuff. It's a trade-off, I guess.
