Forgotten Books and Upcoming December Events

I'm currently reading the second Doc Savage novel, "The Land of Terror," but didn't finish it by yesterday. Look for that review next week.

And tune in on Fridays in December when, in honor of two things (Mystery A and Mystery B), I'll be reviewing a special four-book series. I don't think it takes a huge leap of logic to let you know what they are.

And check back on 2 December when I'll throw up a Christmas-related book for Barrie Summy's Book Review Club.

I'm curious to see how you rate Land of Terror. I read it back a few years ago.

My calendar has been duly noted.

I've been reading Doc since I was 13. I think it'll be interesting to hear what an adult who is new to the series thinks of the books.

Looking forward to it.

Charles - Funny thing is, I'm on Chapter 12 and they ain't even got to Thunder Island yet.

David - Just realized Patti is taking next Friday and Christmas day off. I'll scatter my four-book special across December.

Buck - The writing style of Dent is influencing the current Victorian adventure novel I'm writing. And I'm loving it.

Laurie - Hope you enjoy it. I'm enjoying the reading...
