William Dietrich Interview

As part of my review of The Dakota Cipher at New Mystery Reader, I conducted a short interview with William Dietrich. You can find it here.

Good interview. My friend, Candy (C. S. Harris) struggles with the characterization in her historicals too. It's delicate to match the time period but also have a character who modern readers can appreciate.

Charles - It was funny posing the questions because I hadn't had any contact prior to the interview. On the few other occasions I've done interviews, I'd had some prior contact. I wanted to come at the IV as a history person, not necessarily as a reader/writer. Hope it came off well. I'm happy with it.

Great interview and the struggles of a writer with characterization. Now I have three more books on my TBR list.

Barbara - I think you'll enjoy them and learn something along the way.
